Spicy Peanut Sauce with Penne and Broccoli

1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic minced
1/3 cup p.butter smooth
1/4 cup hot water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon worchecter sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Three cups of broccoli get placed into the hotwater with the pasta a couple of minutes before the pasta is done. I normally use a box a penne. Otherwise just mix everything together. To make the sause.
